Kforce has a client in Merrimack, NH that is seeking a Principal Systems Analyst. Responsibilities: * Work with business and technology partners to define the scope of problems/issues, in terms of business and/or system requirements and processes * Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements * Develop diagrams, story maps, user stories, acceptance criteria and clearly convey business and technical information to a widely varied audience, ensuring that everyone is on the same page * Lead backlog refinement and design sessions * Evaluate design of existing systems to understand their functionality, efficiency, reliability, performance, usage, and maintainability. Document and share this information with the organization * Collaborate with Agile team members to come up with comprehensive, cohesive solutions * Clearly articulate the squad's needs, requirements, and dependencies * Provide support in estimating, planning, scheduling, and prioritizing work * Apply documentation standards and best practices
