Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Principal Systems Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to provide technical support to the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) United Arab Emirates (UAE) program.

What You'll Be Doing:

Support the government with organizing and distributing taskers using the ETMS2

Support all Risk Management Framework (RMF) efforts internally and externally with other agencies

Support the government Foreign Disclosure efforts

Assist Engineering Lead with managing the technical aspects of all assigned duties

Collaborate and coordinate technical efforts with multiple external agencies and stakeholders

Identify deficiencies and shortcomings in planned or ongoing design reviews and provide options for fixing them

Actively participate in regular and ad hoc meetings and technical exchanges

Travel OCONUS on occasion

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

MA/MS degree and 12+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project OR a BA/BS and 20+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project

Active Secret clearance

Develop and present reports and presentations to senior management; exceptional written and verbal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

Works independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems

Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or THAAD Program Office work efforts

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Prior experience within Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs

Knowledge of the THAAD weapon system

Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes

Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $108,700.00 - $190,200.00
