Principal Supply Chain Planning Analyst (Systems Transition & Cash Management) AT&T supply Chain/Operations/Finance partner teams; this is an expert individual contributor role (no direct reports).

What: Lead systems transition and optimize purchasing and cash management processes using analytics, project management, and cross-functional influence.

What you’ll do

•             Support planning and execution of core business system transitions, ensuring continuity, integration, and scalability

•             Map, analyze, and improve purchasing and cash management workflows, identifying bottlenecks and driving automation where possible

•             Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned to compliance requirements and best practices

•             Develop analytics, dashboards, and reporting on purchasing trends, cash flow patterns, and vendor performance to inform leadership decisions

•             Build and maintain financial models and business cases to assess the impact of process and system changes

•             Coordinate cross-functional project plans, timelines, meetings, risks, and deliverables, ensuring consistent follow-through and stakeholder alignment

What you’ll need

•             Experience supporting enterprise systems transitions (planning, execution, integration, continuity)

•             Ability to perform process mapping and workflow analysis for purchasing and cash management, including identifying automation opportunities

•             Proficiency creating SOP documentation and operational controls for compliance-aligned execution

•             Advanced capability in data analytics and dashboard/report development for operational and financial insights

•             Strong skills in financial modeling to quantify impacts and support business case development

•             Demonstrated project coordination skills (project plans, milestone tracking, risk/issue management, stakeholder updates)

What you’ll bring

•             7+ years of related experience

•             Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired

•             Certification required in some areas

•             Strong supply chain and industry expertise (strongly preferred) with the ability to influence leadership decisions, work with minimal oversight, and mentor others as needed

Compensation, perks, and benefits

Our Principal Supply Chain Planning Analyst earns between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
