The Non-Product Procurement Team _(Shared Purchasing or Indirect Purchasing_ ) has exciting opportunities for Prin Spclst, Procurement (P3) roles as part of our continued efforts to strengthen, enhance and improve the Non-Product Procurement and Supply Chain organization. The main roles of these Prin Spcslt, which are going to be Subject Matter Experts (SME) in Non-Product Procurement, are as follows : (1) project execution in collaboration with CoE and/or site stakeholders; (2) demonstrate or execute excellent commodity leadership, (3) contract governance, (4) supplier performance management, (5) define and execute the best sourcing strategies, and (6) drive favorable results on contracts, SLA, SOW, delivery, cost and other value-added activities through successful negotiations across non product procurement spend categories.
**What You Will Do** *****
+ Project execution, in collaboration with CoE, of ALL-IN suppliers and other RTX or Collins commodity programs in Non-Product Procurement.
+ Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams to identify, develop and execute the sourcing type and/or RFP/RFQ/RFI strategy in order to achieve target productivity of various projects (implement SOCO).
+ Drive compliance to RTX standard terms and conditions. Ensure suppliers, stakeholders and team members are in full compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations.
+ Negotiate with suppliers, working autonomously, and with very limited supervision and collaborating with LEGAL/GT/ECO, to achieve favorable terms and conditions on Contracts, SOW, and SLA’s.
+ Drive and Manage Contract Governance, focusing on minimizing risks, ensuring compliance, and optimizing contract outcomes. Implement Contracts or MSA/MTA with critical suppliers.
+ Analyze, Manage or Maintain data such as spend, demand, and market trends in order to support or drive strategic decisions.
+ Lead or use CORE in order to identify process improvements, ensure business continuity, and mitigate supply risks on assigned commodity.
+ Able to coach or check the work of lower level professionals to perform the right actions on ensuring compliance to company policies and objectives.
+ Lead Supplier Performance Management, improving supplier performance through business reviews and performance scorecards.
+ Performs supplier evaluation, qualification, accreditation, and disqualification. Ensures accreditation of suppliers are based on company strategy and long term vision.
+ Accountable in the implementation, and driving success of, the GMRE strategy (Grow, Maintain, Reduce, Exit) at minimum supervision.
+ Assist other team members and/or Analyst to achieve delivery requirements, improve supplier performance, drive continuous improvement, reduce cost.
+ Help fix and address or resolve overdue invoices, collaborate with Finance and Procurement and Purchasing team members to fix payables issues.
+ Communicates with parties within and outside of own department. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, logistics, finance) to align purchasing with business needs.
+ May have responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.)
+ Works to influence parties within and outside of work area at an operational level regarding compliance to policies, implementation of best practices and procedures.

**Qualifications You Must Have** *****
+ Requires advanced knowledge of Non-Product Procurement typically obtained through experience or advanced education.
+ With very high level of expertise, skills and competencies in the supply chain management of indirect materials as well as the procurement of MRO supplies, Indirect items and services in a very dynamic manufacturing set-up.
+ With experience in contract governance, as well as the review, analysis, enhancement and re-negotiation of current contracts, and in finalizing the contents, terms and conditions for new contracts for executive management’s approval (contract signing).
+ May have practical knowledge of project management.
+ Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
+ University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field andminimum 3 years experience
+ Active and highly proficient in leading and/or participating in cross-functional teams to achieve desired quality, higher efficiency, yield improvements and other critical results
+ With knowledge and experience in supplier evaluation, qualification, accreditation, and disqualification.
+ Adept in making reports and with proven ability to collect and perform analysis of different sorts of data for purchasing / planning / forecasting, including collaboration with stakeholders, to achieve desired results and providing recommendations or action plans to top management.
+ With excellent skills in communication and cross-functional, interpersonal collaboration. Can communicate excellently well at multiple levels of the organization, with diverse people at various organizational levels.
