This position is for an established contracts professional. Reviews, manages, tracks and reports on contractual data requirements / submittals. Consults on Intellectual Property and Data Rights issues and questions. Makes improvements to functional processes to ensure the organization's compliance and effectiveness.
_This position is remote. However, if you live w_ _ithin a reasonable commute from our Rockford, IL site, your manager may discuss the opportunity to have a degree of onsite presence associated with this role._
**What You Will Do**
+ Assess contractual data deliverable requirements at proposal phase
+ Manage and comply with Contractual Data Deliverable Requirements throughout the life a program
+ Evaluate contract terms and conditions for Intellectual Property protection and marking
+ Ensure compliance to Collins Intellectual Property and Export Protection Guidelines along with those defined by a Contract or Governing Agreements
+ Maintain historical SDRL submittal records
+ Work closely with multiple internal functions including Program Management, Contracts, Engineering, Quality, Configuration Management, Reliability/Certification, Service Engineering and Tech Pubs to drive cross-functional collaboration to provide Contractual data of quality and on time
+ Participate in Program meetings, reviews and audits
+ Prepare reporting and statistics related to SDRL requirements and delivery
+ Work with Program Office on program initiatives
+ Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with all stakeholders
+ Perform and/or direct day-to-day administrative tasks.
+ Work outside of “normal” business hours as needed
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience **or** an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ MS O365 Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
+ Adobe Acrobat PRO for marking data
+ Basic contract knowledge, i.e. government contracts, SOW, supplier data
+ Basic knowledge of FAR/DFAR clauses

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
