Electric Power Systems within the Power and Controls business unit is looking for a motivated and organized Contract Administrator to join our team. What You Will Do

Support the L5 Value Stream Leaders (VSL) for their associated Programs by:Providing negotiation strategy guidanceSupporting customer negotiationsProviding sound contractual recommendationsInterpreting and drafting contract languageProviding change management supportResponsible for all facets of contract administrationMaintain and organize contracts audit artifactsAdhere to import / export compliance requirementsAdhere to and comply with standard work processesRecommend process improvements to enhance functional performanceRespond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient mannerDisseminate (flow down) customer contractual requirements within the organizationEstablish relationships with internal and external customersProposal Management: review and negotiate contract terms and conditions Proactively identify and mitigate program and contract riskAccount receivable managementManage customer interface and correspondenceSupport company initiatives including CORE, audits, standard work, and business financial goals

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience

Experience relevant to contract administration: drafting proposals, reviewing and negotiating terms and conditions and managing changes to contracts and scope of workExperience with MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience with managing external relationshipsContracts or Supply Chain experience is preferredExperience working in a cross functional team environment

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
