Align and optimize the execution of value streams across multiple teams-of-teams and external suppliers by managing dependencies, removing impediments, and ensuring continuous improvement within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.

What you’ll do:

• Support Value Stream Execution: Ensure seamless execution of value streams and collaborate with the Value Management Office (VMO) for alignment and support.
• Facilitate Solution Events: Organize and lead ART/PM Syncs, Solution Planning, Retrospectives, Problem Solving Workshops, and System Demos to ensure coordinated progress.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder solution delivery to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Assess and Improve Solution Maturity: Evaluate solution maturity, provide coaching to enhance agility, and foster continuous improvement in collaboration with Lean Agile Centers of Excellence (LACE).
• Communicate and Visualize Metrics: Monitor and share solution metrics internally and externally to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science. 7+ years of related experience. Certification is required: SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)

Our Principal Solution Train Engineer, earns between $141,300-$211,900 USD Annual Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
