Job Description:
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
Overall Purpose: Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that align with business and technical objectives, while providing technical leadership and facilitating crucial design decisions in collaboration with Enterprise Architects and System Engineers.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Gathers, analyzes, and interprets a wide variety of data to identify trends, relationships, and trigger points
Uses traditional modeling techniques to build models that support decision-making
Leverage data analytics methodologies to analyze complex business problems and deliver insightful, practical, and actionable recommendations
Employs advanced SQL queries against multiple large and complex databases to create data reports, PowerBI dashboards, and automated processes
Works with cross-functional partners to lead the requirements and adoption of a robust, reliable, automated reporting and data platform that empowers and informs all areas of the business
Provides executive-level communications on critical key risks, opportunities, and remediation steps, escalating issues and recommending solutions as required
Job Contribution: An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies. Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.

Education/Experience: Master's degree (MS/MA) desired in Computer Science. 7+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
