As a Principal Software Engineer, you will lead development efforts for mission-critical systems like the Flighting platform, which powers controlled, data-driven rollouts of features and updates across millions of devices. This role is central to our expansion in India and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Windows delivery infrastructure.

As a member of the team, you will be responsible to architect and implement scalable systems for feature rollout, telemetry validation, and experimentation. Owning and evolving the Flighting system, a foundational service for Windows releases, Insider programs, and executive priorities to drive engineering excellence through code reviews, design validation, and mentoring along with improvement of live-site resilience, rollout strategies, and onboarding experiences.
