Your expertise will help shape our ServiceNow strategy and mentor others on the team What You’ll Do + Design, configure, and development across CSM, HR, IOP, Portal, and other ServiceNow modules. + Build user-friendly, scalable workflows that solve real business problems. + Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions. + Create and enhance Service Portal experiences for a modern, intuitive user interface. + Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (REST/SOAP APIs). + Share best practices, perform code reviews, and mentor teammates. + Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. + Stay ahead of ServiceNow updates and new features, bringing fresh ideas to the table. What We’re Looking For + 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with strong skills in CSM, HR, IOP, ITOM and Portal. (Customer apps a plus). + Deep knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and ServiceNow APIs. + Proven experience designing scalable solutions across multiple modules. + Solid understanding of ITSM; ITOM or SecOps a plus. + Ability to design scalable solutions that follow best practices. + Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, etc.). + Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset. + Passion for problem-solving and delivering high-quality solutions. Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $ 117,628 - $ 176,442 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
