About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Data & AI-powered Agentic Workflow and RAG Services initiative. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Product Management (minimum 6 years in pure Product Management role, NOT project or program management), be an excellent communicator, understanding of market & basic business perspectives, smart in stakeholder management skills . He/She is expected to have prior experience of working with Data & AI/ML products, enterprise software, and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute product strategy for AI-powered workflow automation services.Create and maintain product roadmap aligned with business objectives.Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements.Conduct market research and competitive analysis.Drive product decisions through data-driven insights.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

Required Skills:

6+ years of product management experience.Experience with AI/ML products, preferably in workflow automation.Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS).Strong understanding of Data storage and access services.Experience with enterprise software development lifecycle.Knowledge of LLMs and RAG architectures.Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Amazon Bedrock.Knowledge of Kubernetes and microservices architecture.Familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph.MBA (preferred from any premiere institute) in addition to technical degree in Computer Science/related field.
