As a **Principal Sales Representative** here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share for Honeywell. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and overall business success.
You will report directly to our **Sales Manager** and you’ll work out of our **Seoul, South Korea** location on a **Hybrid** work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company significantly. By leading and managing a team of sales representatives, you will drive revenue growth and expand market share, contributing to the company's financial success and market leadership. Your ability to build strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Work with different team members across technical and commercial combining knowledge of the best industrial practices and processes with knowledge of the Advanced Solutions portfolio to develop opportunities that meet a customer’s needs and requirements.
+ Meet or exceed orders financial targets, which contribute to divisional profit and growth objectives.
+ Manage multiple pursuits across many accounts tailoring solutions and developing business to achieve the Advanced Solutions AOP revenue.
+ Link sales with marketing and technology to share customer needs into the NPI process
+ Provide competitive insight and trends in support of sales pursuits
+ Participate in promotion of Honeywell and development as an expert in your field through participation in industry forums, webinars, customer seminars
+ Create and execute on a comprehensive enterprise solutions sales plan
+ Accurately plan and forecast orders to manager
+ Consistently identify new business opportunities for sustained profitable growth.
+ Grow and maintain a quality opportunity funnel adequate to meet financial targets.
+ Leverage all available resources, differentiating the organization to grow the business.

**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Proven experience prospecting for opportunities and or driving sales initiatives,
+ Strong communication skills –with the ability to address multiple levels of the internal and external organizations orally or in writing
+ Planning and organizational skills
+ Experience with executing solution selling methodologies
+ It can clearly articulate value and demonstrate how solutions map to a customer need
+ Ability to seek out and assess new opportunities
+ A strong team player
+ Compelling presentation and communication skills
+ See ahead clearly; can anticipate future trends accurately; learn quickly and think independently to adapt as required
**WE VALUE**
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Preferably in Chemical Engineering)
+ Experience: 10 to 15 years of industry experience in operations, technology marketing and/or product development, consultative selling.
+ Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
+ Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
