Principal Sales Representative, Instruments

What you will do:

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to drive sales and account growth.Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders and customers, respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve challenges.Manage and prioritize sales activities to maximize market potential.Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings comfortably.Provide comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training to HCPsManage and maintain sample inventory of products meticulously.Adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility.Participate in and represent Stryker at industry events and conferences as required.

What you need:

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in a clinical healthcare/sales role (or a combination of the two). - with required Sales & Clinical support certificates  approved by MOHBasic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite programs including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.Proven track record of achieving sales goals.Knowledge and experience with sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems.Proficiency in EnglishKnowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device regulations is required.Proven performance and continuous success in reaching sales targetsStrong teamwork and networking skills.Commercial and business awareness.Valid driving license.

Preferred:

Medical device related fields or B2B sales experienceKnowledge in Brain & ENT or Orthopedic Surgery TherapiesExperience in clinical work environmentResiding or willing to reside in Ankara 

Travel Percentage: 90%
