Join our Chief of Staff team as a strategic communications lead, responsible for driving organization-wide messaging, managing executive social media presence, and orchestrating internal events that engage and align teams. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented communicator with experience in organizational communications and digital platforms.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and execute internal communications plans in partnership with the Chief of Staff
• Craft clear, consistent messaging for organization-wide updates, announcements, and initiatives
• Manage social media presence for executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand and tone
• Lead planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
• Provide counsel on best practices in communications strategy and change management
**Reporting:**
+ Reports directly to the Chief of Staff and partners closely with executive leaders and cross-functional teams.
**Qualifications:**
• Proven experience in corporate communications, executive messaging, and social media strategy
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments with professionalism and poise
Our Principal Project/Program Mgmt, earn between $130,700 - $196,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
