**We are searching for the best talent for** **Principal Project Manager- NPI Launch Orthopedics Trauma located in West Chester, PA** **.**
The Principal Project Manager is considered a subject matter expert. She/he will execute projects using appropriate project management methodology while providing leadership and guidance to project team members. Individuals in this position will have significant critical organizational knowledge and as a senior role they will manage high impact projects, programs and/or integration projects. They will monitor, expedite, modify and report on launch plans and activities for active projects that are launching within the U.S. market The Principal Project Manager identifies critical path elements within the launch process and recommends corrective actions to be implemented into launch plans.
**R** **ESPONSIBILITIES:**
Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
+ Provides personal expertise, as well as project leadership.
+ Understands and follows the launch excellence process accurately and maintains high quality.
+ Manages project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques.
+ Actively manages the work efforts of multiple functional resources through the project schedule.
+ Develops documentation; monitors and reports project status; assesses the effectiveness and accuracy of documentation as required.
+ Analyzes and reports project status and researches information; monitors project performance to maintain the quality of services, deliverables, and content.
+ Identifies and eliminates roadblocks during launch execution in alignment with business goals.
+ Interacts with senior leadership and key stakeholders, both internal and external to the Platform, to establish strategic plans and objectives for programs or projects.
+ Leads broad initiatives to drive impactful improvements to key business processes and project management methodologies, reducing time to market and elevating execution excellence in project management.
+ Manages large projects, programs and or integration projects having critical impact on the business and visibility to senior leadership.
+ Knows and follows all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintains the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance.
+ Actively supports compliance program-related initiatives and activities.
+ Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
+ For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
+ Performs other duties assigned as needed.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences, Engineering or Business
+ Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
+ Agile Scrum Master Certification preferred
+ PMP Certification preferred
**Experience:**
+ Minimum of 10 years of project management or product management experience.
+ Minimum of 10 years of medical device industry experience.
+ Demonstrated success in leading at least three large and complex projects.
+ Demonstrated exceptional ability for problem-solving.
