BAE Systems Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business area is seeking a Program Quality Engineer in the Tactical Air (TACAIR) Product Line. As a critical player for the Tactical Air (TACAIR) Product Line, you will be responsible for ensuring BAE Systems builds compliant product to our customers. An understanding of production and sustainment programs will benefit you in this role. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or technical discipline and 6 years of experience + Ability to read, interpret and understand a drawing, print and specification + Communication in a clear, concise and professional manner with multiple customers in different organizations, functions and the US Government + Interpersonal communication is verbal and written formats + Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including word, excel, power point + Ability to learn BAE Systems software and data management programs + Proven ability to work in a multi-disciplined team + Ability to work independently with little to no oversight + Producting high quality work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment + Proven experience on Development Programs + Production Hardware and Software processing + Customer Requirements and flow down into program execution and tasking **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Active secret clearance + Prior Quality Assurance Engineering experience + Program process definition and documentation + First Article Inspection (FAI) AS9102 experience + Green Belt/ Black Belt certification + Hands on experience in a Defense Contracting Environment + AS9145- Advanced Product Quality Program exposure + Manufacturing of complex electronic assemblies + Experience with Qualification Testing of products and systems as well as validation and verification efforts + Presentation of product to customer for acceptance/ "sell off" + Preparation of documentation packages for customer review + Hardware and Software Inspection Criteria + Quality Management Systems (AS9100) + Quality Auditing + Configuration Control and Hardware Configuration Reporting + Participation in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) activities **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
