BAE Systems Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business area is seeking a Program Quality Engineer in the Tactical Air (TACAIR) Product Line. As a critical player for the Tactical Air (TACAIR) Product Line, you will be responsible for ensuring BAE Systems builds compliant product to our customers. Requirements flow down and compliance will play a significant part of every day life. An understanding of production and sustainment programs will benefit you in this role.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or technical discipline and 6 years of experience
+ Ability to read, interpret and understand a drawing, print and specification
+ Communication in a clear, concise and professional manner with multiple customers in different organizations, functions and the US Government
+ Interpersonal communication is verbal and written formats
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including word, excel, power point
+ Ability to learn BAE Systems software and data management programs
+ Proven ability to work in a multi-disciplined team
+ Ability to work independently with little to no oversight
+ Producting high quality work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
+ Proven experience on Development Programs
+ Production Hardware and Software processing
+ Customer Requirements and flow down into program execution and tasking
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Active secret clearance
+ Prior Quality Assurance Engineering experience
+ Program process definition and documentation
+ First Article Inspection (FAI) AS9102 experience
+ Green Belt/ Black Belt certification
+ Hands on experience in a Defense Contracting Environment
+ AS9145- Advanced Product Quality Program exposure
+ Manufacturing of complex electronic assemblies
+ Experience with Qualification Testing of products and systems as well as validation and verification efforts
+ Presentation of product to customer for acceptance/ "sell off"
+ Preparation of documentation packages for customer review
+ Hardware and Software Inspection Criteria
+ Quality Management Systems (AS9100)
+ Quality Auditing
+ Configuration Control and Hardware Configuration Reporting
+ Participation in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) activities
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
