We are seeking a high-performing, commercially savvy program manager to take ownership of the business unit initiative—an enterprise-critical, high-visibility program within the clients digital space. This role is designed to stabilize and accelerate a program that is currently at risk, with direct visibility from executive leadership including the CEO and SVP of Transformation and Marketing. The ideal candidate will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a complex, cross-functional effort involving Commercial, R&D, Service, and Enterprise teams.
This is a contract role with potential for conversion, requiring a strong leader who can operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive results across multiple business units.

Skills and Requirements
Lead and stabilize the Intelligence program, ensuring alignment across Commercial, R&D, Service, and Enterprise teams.
Act as the central point of coordination for stakeholders in Marketing, Digital, and Transformation.
Drive program execution with urgency and accountability, bringing structure to a previously unstructured initiative.
Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, including the SVP of Transformation and Marketing and other executive sponsors.
Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and communications with clarity and confidence.
Travel as needed (approximately every other week to start) to support in-person collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level commercial programs.
Strong background in enterprise program management, ideally with exposure to digital transformation or marketing-led initiatives.
Ability to operate at a near-director level while remaining hands-on and execution-focused.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and “wrangling” programs that are off-track.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
