Principal Program Manager, HCM

Job Summary

 Successful candidates will be seasoned experts in people analytics, responsible for enabling data-driven decision-making across the HR organization. This role leads the development of scalable and automated reporting systems, delivers strategic workforce insights, and designs advanced analytics models to support key initiatives—including talent management, employee engagement, organizational planning, and workplace culture and inclusion. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with business acumen to unlock the full value of HR data in shaping a high-performing, people-centered organization


What you'll do:

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

Serve as a thought leader and strategic advisor for HR data, metrics, and analytics.Lead the development of a long-term HR analytics roadmap aligned with organizational goals.Translate business challenges into analytical questions and actionable insights.Drive innovation in people analytics by applying modern AI/ML techniques, including NLP and LLM-based tools, to extract and interpret unstructured workforce data (e.g., survey responses, feedback channels)

Reporting & Dashboard DevelopmentDesign and maintain HR dashboards and self-service tools to support functions like recruiting, onboarding, retention, workplace culture, and compensation.Standardize and automate regular reporting processes (e.g., headcount, turnover, workforce demographics).Integrate data from structured and unstructured sources to provide a holistic view of employee sentiment and engagement

Advanced Analytics & ModelingBuild predictive and prescriptive models (e.g., attrition risk, workforce planning, internal mobility patterns).Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to solve complex HR problems.Develop use cases leveraging LLMs to summarize trends, flag anomalies, and improve decision-making in HR strategy

Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and senior leadership to define KPIs and data needs.Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and influence decisions.

 


What you'll bring:

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, HR, Business, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).8+ years of progressive experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or data science.Proven experience with enterprise HR systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Hands-on experience with tools like Visier, SeekOut, or comparable people analytics platforms
