In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-performance, highly reliable control systems and components that power the current generation of highly efficient, sustainable, and modern commercial aircraft. Acting as a primary engineering interface within the Program Management Team, you will ensure seamless technical execution across all phases of the program from development through delivery while aligning engineering strategy with program goals. You will collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, executive program leadership, and serve as the key technical liaison with our customer, Pratt & Whitney. This is a highly visible and influential position that offers the opportunity to shape product performance, strengthen customer relationships, and make a direct impact on Collins’ continued success in aerospace systems. **What You Will Do** + Represent the engineering organization on the Large Commercial Engines Integrated Program Management Team, ensuring technical priorities are aligned with broader program goals. + Provide strategic guidance and technical direction to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), empowering them to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions. + Oversee key milestones and deliverables by tracking IPT progress, identifying risks early, and driving teams to meet commitments. + Ensure all program technical requirements, performance targets, and engineering budgets are tracked, managed, and achieved. + Serve as the central hub for technical communication, internally across engineering and leadership teams, and externally with customers like Pratt & Whitney. + Coordinate all technical scope changes, ensuring alignment with program leadership and seamless integration into program plans. + Deliver clear, concise updates to senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and customer stakeholders, both written and verbal. + Lead the charge on fleet monitoring and field investigations to proactively identify and resolve issues. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
