A challenging opportunity exists for a motivated individual within the Tactical Aircraft EW Solutions (TACAIR) Product Line. The candidate will be the lead for a large externally reported development program. This individual will be responsible for the financial execution and analysis including planning and baseline integrity, internal reporting, Earned Value Management System and Life Cycle Management compliance and financial salient forecasting. The candidate will be expected to provide financial support, expertise, and guidance to program managers, control account managers, and more junior members of the Finance team.
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a **hybrid work format** , with time split between **working onsite at our office in Nashua, NH, and remotely from an alternate workplace.** To be considered for this opportunity, **applicants must reside within a comfortable daily commute of Nashua** , or possess a **willingness to fully relocate to the area at their own expense** .
+ Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements
+ Support the development, review and presentation of financial forecasts, including the Operating Plan, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and the long-term Integrated Business Plan (IBP)
+ Through pricing basis of estimates, and preparing request for bid approvals (RBA); participating in fact-finding, statements of position, and negotiations
+ Reporting & presenting financials to management and customer
+ Serving as a full business partner to the program teams
+ Working with the contracts function for funding, billings, and other contractual items
+ Creating and influencing program baselines through earned value management
+ Developing and monitoring program risks and opportunities
+ Developing financial forecasts and analyzing estimates at completion
+ Significant program team contributor. Coordinating team meetings and reviews
+ Ensure compliance to internal controls while seeking out opportunities for continuous improvement
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelor s degree and 4 years of work experience or equivalent experience; alternatively, a master s degree and 2 years of work experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
+ Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast paced environment
+ Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer and Cobra
+ Experience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly in a US Defense environment
+ Experience in program finance and/or other finance functional disciplines
+ Experience with proposals
+ Understanding and knowledge industry practices and standards as well as company policies
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $101398 - $172377
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
