As Principal Product Manager – User Experience Lead, you will own the end-to-end user experience for the Morpheus platform—ensuring that powerful capabilities are delivered through intuitive, efficient, and delightful user experiences.
This role is ideal for a senior product leader who believes that great UX is a competitive advantage, especially in complex enterprise platforms. You will define how users experience Morpheus across their entire lifecycle—from first provisioning to day-2 operations, automation, observability, and FinOps.
What You’ll Do
· Own the End-to-End Platform User Experience Define and lead the UX vision for Morpheus Cloud Management and Operations, spanning workload provisioning, workflow automation, configuration, lifecycle management, monitoring, observability, and FinOps.

· Drive UX-Led Product Strategy Conduct UX research with target users and enterprise customers through interviews, usability studies, surveys, and field engagement. Synthesize insights into clear product requirements, jobs-to-be-done, and roadmap priorities.
· Partner Deeply with UX and Engineering Collaborate closely with UX designers, researchers, and engineering teams to translate user needs into scalable platform designs and shipped capabilities—balancing usability with enterprise complexity.
· Benchmark and Innovate Analyze market-leading cloud, SaaS, and platform experiences to identify best practices and opportunities to differentiate Morpheus through superior UX.
· Enable the Field with Compelling Experiences Work with sales, pre-sales, and field teams to define and build compelling demos and narratives that showcase Morpheus’ key user experiences and value propositions.
· Champion UX Across the Organization Be an advocate for the user internally—aligning stakeholders around UX principles, consistency, and long-term experience quality.
What You Bring
· Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Product Manager leading UX-centric initiatives for complex enterprise or cloud platforms.
· Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, user research methodologies, and customer-journey design.
· Experience shaping UX for cloud management, DevOps, infrastructure, or SaaS platforms.
· Ability to translate qualitative user insights into clear, actionable product requirements and roadmap decisions.
· Familiarity with modern web UI technologies and frameworks such as React and Angular (conceptual understanding; not required to code).
· Strong collaboration skills across product, UX, engineering, and field organizations.
· Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to articulate experience strategy to executives, customers, and delivery teams.
Why This Role Matters
· You will define how users experience a mission-critical enterprise cloud platform.
· Your work will directly influence adoption, satisfaction, and differentiation of Morpheus in the market.
· You’ll operate at a platform level, shaping experiences that span provisioning, operations, and financial management.
