Kindle is looking for a Principal PM-T to lead strategic development of customer experience frameworks and user journeys across Kindle’s digital reading applications. In this role, you'll orchestrate how millions of readers discover, shop and engage with digital content on multiple apps and devices. You’ll work with teams across Books and Amazon to change the paradigm for how customers discover and manage their content across Kindle devices and apps. The ideal candidate will combine deep customer empathy with analytical rigor to define comprehensive CX frameworks that accelerate innovation for Kindle customers.
This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work closely with engineering, design, research, analytics and more to bring your vision to life, and ultimately deliver a delightful experience to our customers. Key job responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for balancing key user journeys across discovery, purchase and engagement.
• Serve as a key influencer in developing and auditing business strategy, contributing significantly to the overall Kindle strategy, customer engagement and analytics.
• Closely monitor and advocate for investments in emerging technologies and use cases enabled by generative AI
• Define product requirements through deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and technological capabilities.
• Work with teams across Amazon and Books, and cross-functionally with design, research and engineering to deliver an inspiring product roadmap that balances short term wins with long term bets based on that vision.
• Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, legal, marketing, customer service and other product management team members.
• Role is global in nature and will work with teams in other countries.
