As a Principal Product Manager, you drive the decisions around which speed products launch, influence how they're priced, and where we invest to improve. Your choices shape the experience for millions of deliveries.
You dissect operational data, validate assumptions with active shippers, and direct significant investments with precision. When opportunities surface, you mobilize teams across Amazon to capture value. When initiatives falter, you make swift, clear-headed decisions to reallocate resources.

You turn complex datasets into actionable insights, make high-stakes decisions with imperfect information, and align senior stakeholders behind bold visions. Key job responsibilities
- Direct strategic investments across delivery speed initiatives, allocating capital between premium air, economy ground, and emerging opportunities based on market dynamics and unit economics
- Launch new delivery speed products, owning the full product lifecycle from concept through pilot testing to scaled operations across multiple markets
- Monitor daily delivery performance metrics, identifying optimization opportunities and orchestrating rapid fixes with operations teams to maintain on-time delivery targets
- Architect and maintain the quarterly reporting framework tracking revenue, costs, and performance metrics across all speed tiers
- Lead VP-level steering committees, aligning Operations, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to accelerate launch timelines and remove blockers
- Develop comprehensive business cases for infrastructure investments, synthesizing customer research, market analysis, and long-range financial projections
- Drive rapid delivery innovation experiments, using data-driven analysis to identify and scale successful concepts
