Our goal is to create an environment where we all win with precision. **Your Career** We are seeking talented individuals who can take concept to launch of service offering , execution focused and comfortable executive communication. The individual should be able to show cross functional leadership and drive data based decisions. **Your Impact** + Build and launch profitable service offers for post-sales functions (Customer Support , Professional Services and Customer Success) to drive product adoption, customer success and value realization + Create a business cases for designing & deploying AI post-sales solutions, developing our partner ecosystem and transforming our portfolio that includes assess business viability of services - market opportunity, competitive analysis, formulate pricing strategy + Drive concept to launch of service offers, get leadership buy-in, lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, IT, Sales, Operations, GTM, marketing, legal, etc) to drive new service introduction + Perform service updates based on internal and external feedback + Drive continuous improvements with data-oriented approach, defining and tracking success metrics + Drive transformative change within the organization, wearing multiple hats (strategy development, product & program management, execution) to do what it takes to “move the needle” + Marketing support and sales enablement: partner with product marketing to develop customer facing and internal collaterals. Support sales enablement by communicating the value proposition of your services + Work with product teams to understand product roadmap and offer impacts from product releases and drive service offer updates accordingly **Your Experience** + 5-8 years of product management experience in support services, professional services, customer success or software. + Strong communication skills suited for written or verbal presentations at different levels of the organization; influence people around a vision with both local and remote teams + Proven relationship-building and influential leadership skills + A proactive self-starter who excels in fast-paced, high-growth environments + Deep knowledge of customer needs, competition, and market trends + Ability to create service offer strategy and plan based market analysis and customer needs • + Ability to plan, organize, mediate, and establish priorities to achieve results. Self-motivated, results-focused, well-organized; able to successfully manage multiple priorities and bold business goals + Great teammate, willing to passionately roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done + Experience in project management and overseeing large-scale transformations + Ability to learn new concepts and technologies fast + Expertise in the SaaS and/or Enterprise software industry is preferred. Hands-on design & execution of AI solutions, Professional Services & Customer Success is a plus. + MBA preferred. **The Team** Our Strategy and Business Operations is a focused team that works on our most critical business challenges to drive and support our industry-leading growth. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $0 - $0/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
