In this role, you’ll help define the future of the Cortex ecosystem, crafting experiences that make cybersecurity accessible, intelligent, and human-centered. You’ll play a key part in shaping design direction, mentoring others, and influencing how users interact with our most advanced security products. **Your Impact** + Define and drive end-to-end user experiences across multiple Cortex products + Lead cross-product initiatives, simplifying complex data and security workflows + Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to shape product direction + Maintain high design standards across UX, UI, and accessibility + Mentor designers and foster a strong design culture built on collaboration and craft + Partner with the design system team to evolve the Cortex design language **Your Experience** + 7+ years designing digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX and UI craft + Proven ability to lead design strategy and deliver high-impact, scalable solutions + Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design + Excellent communication and storytelling skills + Advanced proficiency in Figma, with experience in prototyping and design systems + Experience mentoring designers and raising overall design quality + **Huge advantage:** Experience in cybersecurity, particularly in data security, identity security, or SaaS security **The Team** You’ll be part of a highly experienced and talented Cortex Design Team, where creativity, collaboration, and innovation drive everything we do.
