We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Acquisition Professional who will be responsible for leading the overall procurement activities associated with the Energetics & Propulsion Commodity team, which manages the following technologies: Warheads and Pyros. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic growth-oriented environment that supports a broad portfolio of programs across multiple Mission Areas and reports to the Procurement Manager.
What You Will Do:
Perform procurement actions utilizing integrated supply chain models in compliance with all FAR/DFARS regulatory and corporate requirements. Primary capabilities in procurement such as the following will be needed:Preparation of all manner of solicitations including RFQs, RFPs, and RFIPlace Purchase Orders of high dollar levels and procurement complexityPerform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans and solutions to problemsDevelop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms)Analyze quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniquesManage Supplier Relationship, Development, and PerformanceCommunicate clearly and be proactive in a very fast-paced environment. Be flexible, innovative, work with speed and agility yet be thorough and compliant with government and Raytheon regulations, while successfully driving tasks to completion.Monitor procurement reports and help drive performance to meet company metric targets.Ability to travel as requiredQualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience.Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), ITAR OR import/export requirements.Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles (Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, T&M, etc.).U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.Qualifications We Prefer:
Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or STEM fieldDemonstrated knowledge / compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS)Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles (Cost Plus, Firm Fixed Price etc.)Experience analyzing Cost and Pricing Data and determine proposal compliance (FAR 15.4)Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services including Statement of Work (SOW) reviewExperience with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)Experience processing information and managing multiple conflicting priorities to drive to successful outcome (i.e., multi-task).What We Offer:

Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.
The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
