You’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement efficient processes, anticipate, and resolve issues, and help us stay ahead of the curve in process engineering. **What you’ll do** + Lead the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, safety, and product quality. + Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve process and equipment issues, developing predictive models to prevent future problems. + Plan and implement process improvements and initiatives, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. + Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including process control strategies, action plans, and engineering calculations. + Design and debug new process systems and equipment, coordinating with other departments for seamless implementation. + Provide technical engineering support for production activities and supplier process certifications. **What you’ll need** + Advanced proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) and enterprise simulation modeling software. + Expertise in process engineering calculations (mass/energy balances, equipment sizing, cost estimates). + Mastery of statistical analysis and process certification tools (such as Minitab), including advanced statistics for supplier and product evaluation. + Experience in RF cellular and WiFi testing and repair within a manufacturing environment. + Strong ability to develop and implement process control strategies and action plans. + In-depth knowledge of manufacturing process design, troubleshooting, and optimization methodologies. **What you’ll bring** + Required: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Quality/Reliability Engineering, Mathematics, or another technical/engineering field. + Preferred: Master’s degree in engineering. + 5+ years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing setting. + Proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes. + Demonstrated experience with supplier process management and certification. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
