Stryker is seeking to hire a Principal Portfolio Lead Engineer to support Stryker’s Interventional Spine division. As a Principal Portfolio Lead Engineer, you will largely operate to enhance our research portfolio, engage in VOC (sales, marketing & customers), and support the design engineering team to launch products. You will develop and maintain **expert-level awareness of the customers served by the portfolio,** their procedures, and the technologies that serve their needs. Identify/assess potential product opportunities through application of multi-disciplinary engineering judgement and by planning and conducting (or directing through assigned Industrial Designers) Customer Centered Design (CCD) best practices and interactions. This role is hybrid in Portage, MI with the expectation to be in office 3 days a week.
