Job Description – Principal Piping Engineer

Location: Doha, Qatar
Type of Work: Office-Based

Purpose of Role:
The Principal Piping Engineer provides technical leadership for piping engineering activities on complex onshore and offshore oil & gas projects. The role ensures high?quality design delivery during FEED and Detailed Engineering phases, while maintaining compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.


Requirement: Minimum 18+ years of experience in piping engineering within the oil & gas or energy sector. Strong experience in onshore and offshore brownfield projects. Proven involvement in FEED and Detailed Design projects. Hands?on experience working in a 3D design environment such as PDMS, SP3D, or AVEVA E3D. Middle East project experience, particularly in Qatar, is an advantage.
  Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a recognised university. Professional engineering certification or chartership is desirable.
