The Principal Team Leader, Digital Workplace, is a leadership role responsible for driving the strategic direction, implementation, and optimization of digital workplace solutions, with a primary focus on Microsoft technologies. This position leads a team of Microsoft professionals to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and engagement. The role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and other enterprise-level Microsoft platforms, combined with strong team leadership, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills. The Principal Team Leader will ensure that the organization's digital workplace strategy aligns with business goals, supports operational efficiency, and fosters a modern, connected work environment.

Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Microsoft technology experts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.Develop and execute the organization's digital workplace strategy, leveraging Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related technologies to enhance employee experiences.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business requirements, define project scope, and deliver impactful digital workplace solutions aligned with organizational objectives.Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft-based tools and platforms, ensuring system stability, security, and scalability.Drive adoption of digital workplace technologies through effective communication, training, and change management initiatives.Utilize data analytics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of digital workplace solutions and provide insights for continuous improvement.Ensure the team stays current with emerging Microsoft technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of the Microsoft ecosystem.Manage budget, contracts and negotiations with Microsoft.Facilitate professional growth within the team by mentoring members, promoting skill development, and encouraging certifications in Microsoft technologies to maintain high standards of expertise and delivery. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience6+ years of experienceTechnical Expertise: A deep understanding of Microsoft products and services, including Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint, to effectively lead technical projects and provide guidance to the team.Experience with vendor selections and SaaS implementationsStrong facilitation and influencing skillsDesire to develop the teams’ analytical postureStrong Communication Skills: The ability to clearly articulate ideas, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives. Leadership and Decision-Making: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, make critical decisions under pressure, and inspire team members to achieve their best while meeting deadlines and project goals. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Management and Operations10+ years of experienceCertifications:
