A Day in the LifeAs a Principal PD Project Management Specialist, you will be a recognized expert and individual contributor responsible for independently leading complex, cross-functional product development programs. You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to ensure predictable, high-quality execution across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product development and lifecycle management projectsOwn end-to-end project execution from initiation through delivery, including scope, schedule, cost, and qualityServe as the primary liaison between project teams, functional leadership, and stakeholdersDrive process implementation for new and existing products and servicesTrack and report project status, schedules, risks, and budgetsProactively identify issues and develop resolution strategiesLead requirements planning, elicitation, and managementEnsure strong stakeholder engagement and alignment across all phases of delivery

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent (required)15+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or12+ years of experience with a Master’s degree, or8+ years of experience with a PhDProven experience leading large, cross-functional development programs in a regulated environment
