We're seeking an experienced Principal Technical Program Manager to lead and drive strategic initiatives for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing across Project Kuiper's satellite constellation program. This role will be instrumental in building and scaling our PCBA manufacturing solution to support the production of thousands of satellites.


Key job responsibilities
• Lead and drive PCBA manufacturing engineering initiatives from concept to mass production
• Conduct comprehensive DFM assessments and provide technical recommendations for design improvements
• Drive technical alignment between design teams, manufacturing partners, and quality engineering to optimize PCBA manufacturability and yield
• Partner with systems engineering and hardware teams to influence PCBA design decisions that impact supply chain resilience
• Lead cross-functional programs to qualify new PCBA technologies and manufacturing processes
• Drive PCBA manufacturing strategy alignment with business objectives
