Wood is currently recruiting for Principal Mechanical Engineer with significant experience in the Oil, Gas and/or Petrochemical industries in both operating site support and EPC roles. Candidates shall have experience of working closely with clients and vendors.

Technically competent in own discipline and actively maintains own competence according to standards and pursues continuous professional development. Provide discipline support to the business. Ensure self-awareness of relevant regulatory framework, legislation changes, initiatives and industry technology developments and promote to direct reports. Provide discipline input to scope definition and execution. Relevant experience in Static Equipment and/or Package Equipment management are preferred.  Ability to work on own initiative and highlight areas of production risk due to equipment vulnerability. Supporting and supervising tasks delegated to direct reports.
