Provide day-to-day input on business, strategy, and technology development, advise on the launch of new products and features, resolve issues that arise in commercial relationships, and handle pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries. Develop strategies for handling legal issues. Build processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly. Provide ongoing legal counseling in a wide range of legal areas, including intellectual property, technology development, and structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex technology development, licensing, and other commercial agreements. 40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $201,400/year to $272,500/year.
