Position Responsibilities:
Counsel the Amazon devices business on a broad range of commercial, licensing, technology, and regulatory matters, as well as on structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial transactions. Provide day-to-day input on business, strategy, and technology development, advise on the launch of new products and features, resolve issues that arise in commercial relationships, and handle pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries. Develop strategies for handling legal issues. Build processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly. Provide ongoing legal counseling in a wide range of legal areas, including intellectual property, technology development, and structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex technology development, licensing, and other commercial agreements.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $201,400/year to $272,500/year.

Basic Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Must have five years of experience in the job offered or a related legal occupation at a national law firm, international law firm, or in-house at a major corporation. Must have five years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) experience with technology transactions; (2) drafting and reviewing commercial contracts; (3) reviewing international laws and regulations and translating requirements to business teams; and (4) experience with intellectual property licensing. License to practice law in the U.S. required.#0000
