About the Role:
Lead complex installation analysis for offshore oil & gas projects. This senior-level role involves conceptual, FEED, and detailed design, solving technical challenges, and guiding engineering teams to deliver safe and efficient installation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and review installation engineering designs and analyses for pipelines, risers, spools, subsea structures, and offshore platforms. Prepare design reports, procedures, and technical specifications. Interface with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and clients. Lead project-based discipline activities, audits, and design reviews. Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
? 15–20 years’ experience in offshore oil & gas installation design.
? Strong knowledge of design codes, standards, and EPC project execution.
? Preferably a Registered Professional Engineer or member of a recognized engineering society.
