As a Principal Project HSE Advisor, you will support Project and Construction Managers by providing HSE expertise and guidance to ensure safe, compliant project execution. Promotes effective HSE programs, helps eliminate workplace hazards, and reports directly to the Project/Construction Manager on all HSE matters.
To succeed in this role, you should have solid HSE experience in construction, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to lead teams toward a safe work culture.

*What you’ll do
We are looking for a Principal Project HSE Advisor to join our team in Rayong Office, Thailand
The role responsibilities include\:
· Support Project Managers, Construction Managers, and their teams with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) services and guidance to ensure effective HSE program implementation.
· Contribute to project initiatives by identifying and eliminating workplace hazards that may lead to injury, illness, property damage, or environmental harm.
· Promote HSE awareness across the organization and help build understanding among site personnel.
· Ensure safety accountabilities are identified, implemented, monitored and continuous improvement processes adopted.
What you’ll have
· University Degree, or equivalent, in related field.
· 10 years relevant experience. Recognized as a specialist, providing consultation to others.
· Given the necessity of interacting with Thai-speaking clients, Thai language is essential.
