Description As a Principal, HRBP, you'll be more than just a partner to senior leadership of Annapurna Labs. You’ll be a catalyst for organization excellence, serving as the strategic architect behind our people and organizational initiatives. Your ability to build deep, trusted partnerships with senior executives will be crucial as you guide them through organizational design, change management, and talent development initiatives that drive unprecedented results globally. This role requires deep HR expertise, business acumen, and the ability to influence at executive levels. Key job responsibilities -Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that enable business outcomes -Lead complex organizational design initiatives and change management programs -Architect talent management strategies including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management -Provide strategic consultation on employee relations, compensation, and organizational effectiveness -Analyze workforce metrics and trends to provide data-driven recommendations -Design and scale innovative HR solutions that support growth while maintaining operational excellence -Serve as a thought leader and change agent, bringing external best practices and innovative approaches to complex people challenges Basic Qualifications - - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field - - 10+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated impact at senior levels - Extensive experience partnering with VP/SVP-level executives and influencing strategic business decisions - - Proven track record leading large-scale organizational transformations and change initiatives - - Advanced analytical capabilities with expertise in workforce analytics and data-driven strategic decision making - - Demonstrated resilience and success in fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environments with ambiguity - - Experience designing and implementing HR strategies for high-performance technical organizations - - Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, moving seamlessly between executive advisory and hands-on execution - - Deep business acumen with ability to integrate HR strategy with complex technical business models Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree in HR Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related fields - Global HR experience managing teams and initiatives across multiple regions - Technology industry experience, particularly in cloud computing, AI/ML, or hardware development - Experience in high-growth technology companies scaling from startup to enterprise - Experience with quantum computing, semiconductor, or advanced hardware organizations Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
