Job Summary

Are you passionate about providing mission-critical services to support teams on international and domestic assignments? As aPrincipal Global Mobility Representative, you will be an integral part of our Global Mobility team, collaborating with Program Managers to support field service personnel on long-term assignments both within the continental U.S. (CONUS) and overseas (OCONUS).

In this dynamic role, you will ensure compliance with government Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and differential pay elements aligned with State Department and Department of Defense guidelines. Your expertise will help drive seamless operations for employees navigating complex assignments worldwide..

Responsibilities

As aPrin Global Mobility Representative, your role will include:

DraftingField Assignment Instructionsauthorizing per diem and differential payments for employees on long-term field assignments.Researching and verifyingcountry-specific entry/exit requirementsto ensure employee compliance.Creating and delivering detailed, actionable reports using platforms such asARMS,Noetix, and other company reporting tools.Overseeing the distribution and delivery ofcorporate credit cardsfor Field Service Personnel.Booking and ticketing travel efficiently usingSabre GDSto meet assignment needs.Performing additional administrative duties as assigned to support the team's operations.

Education Experience

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

A high school diploma is requiredAt least 1 year of relevant work experiencein global mobility, travel management, operations, or a related field.Proficiency in essential office tools, especiallyMS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Acertificate or diploma from a recognized Travel School is preferred.Familiarity withSabre Redis an advantage.
