**Job Description** **Title:** Principal Financial Analyst (Remote) Business Systems & Solutions (BS&S) CSDR Team **Job Description:** Business Systems & Solutions (BS&S) is looking for a Financial Analyst for the Cost and Software Data Report (CSDR) Team. The CSDR Team collaborates with finance, program teams, and the US Government in CSDR submissions and continuously improving processes and tools. The team is a full business partner delivering trusted, innovative, and bold solutions that support the critical financial business requirements of the Finance/Accounting functions, within the Combat Mission Systems (CMS) business unit, Platforms and Services Sector of BAE Systems, Inc. **Responsibilities:** **CSDR Focused** + First level support for the CSDR end-user community, interpreting US Government specifications to field questions from Programs. + Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Teams to develop new and standardized processes. + Develop and maintain documentation for CSDR processes and related tools such as C-CERT , CPET, COBRA, and MS Excel. + Develop, coordinate, and conduct both small and large scale training to close knowledge and skill gaps. Partner with internal subject matter experts to design effective course/class work. + Develop expertise with CSDR Reporting Applications: C-CERT and cPET. + Work with BAE Systems CSDR community to identify opportunities and execute continuous improvement projects. + Manage simple projects and coordinate meetings. + Growth Opportunities / Initiatives: Due to the breadth and end-to-end nature of BS&S responsibilities and disciplines, many opportunities exist to support or drive other initiatives or large-scale projects within CMS, including Sector projects. **Location/Schedule/Hours/Travel:** + Hybrid or Remote role where you can work from home and be located near any CMS facility + Role will work a 9/80 schedule where you will have every other Friday off + Hours are flexible and typically range around 7:30AM 5:00PM + May require<10% of travel onsite for projects or meetings. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience or Master s Degree with 4 years of experience or equivalent experience. + Experience in Finance/Accounting. + Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues. + Self-motivated with a bias for action, process/results oriented. + Strong problem-solving, analytical, and in-depth research skills Be curious and always asking Why? . + Ability to work cross-functionally to meet program and business objectives. + Ability to prioritize and self-manage. + Interest and aptitude in learning new software tools, process development techniques, and project management. + Develop and maintain documentation for processes and tools. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience in Oracle, COBRA, and other ancillary applications. + Experience working with the US Government on deliverables and processes. + Experience leading process development and improvement initiatives across multiple functions within an organization. + CSDR reporting and other financial reporting experience is beneficial. + Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Excel using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, and other capabilities. + Experience or interest in developing proficiency using Power Query to develop and validate financial reports. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $90373 - $153634 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
