Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.We’re a mission-driven leader in medical technology and solutions with a legacy of integrity and innovation, join our new Minimed India Hub as the Principal Financial Analyst in the Employee Expense Management (EEM) team, you will play a key role in day-to-day EEM performance and partner governance, reporting directly to the Global EEM Lead. You will run the operating cadence with our BPO provider (Accenture) and key stakeholders to ensure the expense process remains stable, compliant, and employee-friendly, meeting agreed SLAs/KPIs, driving service quality, and resolving escalations efficiently. You also drive insights and efficiency through automation and analytics.

Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements.
