Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Strategic Strike Business Office is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to help manage proprietary contracts valued at over $2B.  These contracts require Contractual Earned Value Management (EVM) and will be implemented using the SAP APEX EVMS/PMX tool suite. Annual sales are forecasted to be more than $500M with anticipated total value of >$2B over five years.  Finance serves as a critical business partner by providing the analysis, insight and guidance to enable strategic decision making and achieve bottom-line results.

What You Will Do

The individual chosen for this position will help maintain contractual EVMS requirements for material; develop, present and defend quarterly material Estimates at Complete (EAC); and support related material financial forecasting.Also, they will analyze material EV metrics including weekly/monthly costs incurred and provide associated leading indicator guidance to Program and Business management.  The contracts have >$100M annually in material and manufacturing development, which offers the experience of integrating and managing several large suppliers as well as influence the pre-production management of units in the Factory.  The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with Cost Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Program and Finance leadership.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experienceExperience with various functional disciplines (Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, etc.)Experience with MS Office (ex. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience in EVMS baselining, implementation, maintenance and surveillanceExperience with SAP including PRISM MRPStrong presentation, communication, professional skills and the ability to work independently and with some supervision and oversightProven analytical skillsExperience with Raytheon Program Management (PMX) Tool SuiteAbility to perform work without appreciable directionDirect communication with Government customers

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
