The Air Dominance Portfolio is seeing a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Program Controls Analyst to join the Advanced Capabilities Sustainment team. This role offers a growth opportunity for an ambitious individual to work closely with Program Managers (PMs), Control Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Finance Leadership, and Operations Supply Chain (OSC).

The Financial Program Controls Analyst will play a critical role in the setup and execution of multiple contracts. Key responsibilities include providing essential financial oversight and guidance to ensure program success.

You must be able to work full-time onsite in Tucson, AZ

What You Will Do

Prepare cost & schedule reporting, financial variance analysis, and funding planningPartner with the PM Organization to develop Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE)Maintain accurate records for Budget and EAC trackingProvide financial guidance to CAMs, IPT Leads, and other finance branchesReview financial reports, presentations, and contract modifications for accuracy and completenessCollaborate with Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) to develop and maintain monthly forecasting, cash management, the Annual Operation Plan (AOP) and Long Range Planning (LRP)

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experienceExperience of the program business role, SAP, and/or experience with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)Experience with Microsoft OfficeActive and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
