We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Analyst to join our Competitive Analysis team, with a focus on the cloud computing industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to distill complex industry trends into actionable insights. You will play a key role in shaping Oracle’s go-to-market strategies by monitoring, analyzing, and communicating competitive intelligence across products, services, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities: 

Conduct in-depth competitive analysis on cloud computing providers, including market positioning, product offerings, pricing strategies, P&L, go-to-market motions, and benchmarking to Oracle. Analyze industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities, threats, and differentiators for Oracle Cloud. Develop and deliver actionable intelligence and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, sales, product, and marketing teams. Maintain and update a knowledge base of competitive intelligence — synthesizing findings into clear, concise briefs and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business implications and support strategic planning. Monitor news, analyst reports, customer feedback, and relevant data sources to track developments in the cloud marketplace.
