Experience of power plant systems and equipment. + Knowledge of pre- and post- treatment processes in desalination plants. + Must have worked on large desalination and power plants projects preferable across Middle East. + Experience in selection of mechanical / BOP equipment. + Preparation of technical specifications for power and desalination plants. + Design review of power and desalination plants (process, mechanical and BOP). + Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision to achieve tight deadlines. + Validation of specific calculation procedures. + Willing to travel overseas for project meetings. + Familiarity with relevant international standards. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Good computer skills **Desired Skills** + Knowledge of GT PRO, Thermodynamic Modelling is an advantage + Knowledge of IWP/IWPP contracts is an advantage + Knowledge of cost of power and desalination plants/equipment is an advantage
