**Process Overview***
Employee experience technology, designs and delivers modern technology solutions for all teammates globally to interact, perform in their roles and service critical staff support organizations including Chief Administrative Office, Global Strategy & Enterprise Platforms, Global Human Resources, Corporate Audit & Credit Review, and Legal.
Legal Technology enables modern practice of law through technology transformation and is responsible for delivering strategic technology solutions to the Legal Department and Office of the Corporate.
**Job Description***
We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer who can lead engineering solutions across multiple initiatives in Legal technology. Will be involved in designing and developing cloud native applications that are scalable, secure, performant, resilient, high available and maintainable. The candidate should have a strong technology background who is proficient at designing and developing large scale enterprise systems. They should also possess excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. The candidate will act as the primary interface with business partners, solution architects, and cross-organizational technology teams.
**Responsibilities***
+ Develop and implement technology strategies and roadmaps that are inline to the business and product vision.
+ Plays key role in designing complex enterprise grade applications, using modern technologies. These application solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies, and tools.
+ Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business growth and innovation.
+ Ensure high-quality code delivery and adherence to best engineering practices.
+ Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
+ Will not have direct reports but will influence multiple teams in terms of technology direction.
+ Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from manager or other leads.
+ Ability to navigate bank’s processes and help resolve project impediments or development team.
+ Interpret business requirements and translate them into design solutions. Ensures delivered solutions are realized in timeframe committed. Build strong relationship and influence on team members.
+ Ability to Create and maintain system, functional and reference documentation.
+ Participate in scrum teams working on sprints and ensure on time delivery with high quality.
+ Excellent communication and influencing skills.

**Education***
B.E./B. Tech/M.E./M. Tech//MSC/MCA
**Experience Range***
15 to 25 years
**Foundational skills***
+ Performed Solution Architecture for 5+ Years and very good understanding of Cloud architecture.
+ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in designing and developing medium to large scale enterprise applications.
+ 10+ years of hands-on experience in any programming technologies like Java or Dotnet or Python.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in planning, executing, and managing the process of migrating data to cloud.
+ Solid understanding of Cloud DevOps, Containers, SecDevOps, Kubernetes orchestration.
+ Minimum of 2+ years working on hosting applications on public cloud including GCP, AWS and Azure.
+ Strong working knowledge in managing data security in cloud platforms.
+ Minimum of 5 years working knowledge in using CI/CD tools including Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible Tower
+ Strong working knowledge on most used architectural design patterns, and cloud migration strategies.
+ Minimum of 5+ years of Scrum and Agile SDLC experience
+ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
+ Strong business acumen and ability to drive technical vision.
**Desired skills***
+ Understanding of AI technologies like NLP, RAG and LLM’s
**Work Timings *** 11 AM to 8 PM
