SAP BO Admin and Power BI Admin

Strong hands-on experience in SAP BO Admin and Power BI Admin.Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.Respond to technical queries from team members and customers.Work independently, applying judgment to plan and execute tasks.Skilled in handling user queries and requests.Good communication and presentation skills.Ability to multitask and liaise with multiple stakeholders.Strong interpersonal skills for building professional relationships.Collaborate across teams on multiple projects and geographies.Identify process improvement opportunities.Adaptable to change.Knowledge of industry processes and best practices.Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP BusinessObjects and Power BI platform components.Plan and perform system upgrades, patches, and service pack installations with IT teams.Should be ready to work in rotational shifts.

Key Skills and Responsibilities for SAP BO Admin:

Platform Management: Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP BusinessObjects components (Enterprise, Web Intelligence, Explorer, Dashboards, Lumira).User Access Control: Configure and manage user access, security profiles, and authentication mechanisms.Performance Monitoring: Monitor and troubleshoot the SAP BO environment for system availability and performance.Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve server connectivity, data access, and application performance issues.System Upgrades: Plan and perform system upgrades, patches, and service pack installations.Documentation: Develop and maintain system documentation (installation guides, troubleshooting manuals).Training and Support: Train end-users and provide technical support for SAP BO applications.Collaboration: Work with IT teams to optimize performance and implement backup/recovery procedures.Data Security: Monitor user activity and enforce data security measures.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for system improvements and operational efficiencies.Support USA and Canada Time Zone:  Need to support US time zone from offshore working in night shift

Key Skills and Responsibilities for Power BI Admin:

Environment Management: Manage the Power BI environment, including workspaces, datasets, reports, and dashboards.User Management: Configure and manage user access, roles, and permissions for data security.Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and usage metrics to ensure optimal operation.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to data connectivity and report performance.Data Governance: Implement data governance policies to ensure data quality and integrity.Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide solutions.Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to enhance user adoption.Integration: Collaborate with IT teams for integration with other data sources and systems.Updates and Upgrades: Plan and execute updates, patches, and new feature rollouts.Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for processes and user guides.

What you need to have: 

3 -8  years’ experience on SAP BO developmentBE/ BTECH/ MCA/ M TECH

Strong Experience acting as a Gate to Review and certify if the Solution is built optimallyPrior Experience on BO and Power BI as an Admin would be a plus
