This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating with multiple teams, and growing into a broader technical and cross-functional role. You will be a key link between customers, field teams, repair centers, and internal partners, ensuring seamless support across both production and aftermarket operations. Your responsibilities include conducting advanced diagnostics, driving root cause investigations, understanding product and system reliability, and driving repair development and product improvements. As the “voice of the customer,” you will help escalate issues and drive corrective actions while communicating technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership and customers. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
