Intuit is seeking a Principal, Diversity & Inclusion Partner to lead our strategy for external talent partnerships. This role is focused on building and expanding relationships with external organizations to attract top talent from every corner of the talent pool, aligning with our company's hiring strategy to deliver on our biggest bets. You will be a subject matter expert and strategic thinker who is outcomes focused, a talented collaborator, and have a passion for creating a lasting, positive impact.

Please note that Intuit is a hybrid environment, with 3 days per week in office. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area California $186,500 - 252,500

Southern California $182,500 - 246,500This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
