Key Responsibilities
Strategic Delivery Oversight: Be responsible for the commercial and technical delivery of operational as well as AI-powered projects, programs, and services, ensuring successful outcomes and clients happiness.Prompt Engineering Expertise: Build, develop, and optimize high-quality prompts for various large language models (LLMs) and AI applications, such as content generation, customer service, and data analysis. Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with delivery leads, architects, product managers, data scientists, engineers, and business partners to align prompts with product goals, user needs, and company strategy. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Includes traditional methods and analyze prompt performance and AI model outputs, identifying areas for improvement, and iterating on designs with solution developers to enhance overall system performance. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and support team members, including prompt engineering guidelines and AI technologies, encouraging a collaborative and innovative environment. Innovation & Research: Stay current with advancements in AI, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning (ML) to incorporate brand-new solutions and drive innovation. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including for prompt response systems and procedures.
