You will produce actionable and compelling recommendations by interpreting insights from complex data sets. You will design processes to consolidate and examine unstructured data to generate actionable insights. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: **Essential Requirements** + 10+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist + Strong background in math, statistics, and machine Learning knowledge (deep learning, NLP, classification, forecasting, regression) + Proficient withwriting sophisticated, clean, and object orientedPython code and experience in ML model deployment + Ability to play the technical lead / architect role for a team of data scientists + Ability to effectively communicate data science progress to non-technical internal stakeholders and ability to lead a team of data scientists **Desirable Requirements** + Master’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline. + Professional experience with LLM/Agentic technologies **Compensation** Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
