**What you’ll achieve**
As a **Data Science Senior Advisor,** you will be responsible for contributing to business strategy and influence decision making based on information gained from deep dive analysis. You will produce actionable and compelling recommendations by interpreting insights from complex data sets. You will design processes to consolidate and examine unstructured data to generate actionable insights. You will also partner with business leaders, engineers and industry experts to construct predictive models, algorithms and probability engines.
**You will:**
+ Solve business and customer problems utilizing LLM//Agents and traditional AI/ML
+ Build prototypes and scalable AI/ML solutions that will be integrated into software products
+ Lead more junior data scientists and collaborate with software engineers, business stakeholders and product owners in an Agile environment
+ Have complete ownership of model outcomes and drive continuous improvement

**Essential Requirements**
+ 10+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist
+ Strong background in math, statistics, and machine Learning knowledge (deep learning, NLP, classification, forecasting, regression)
+ Proficient withwriting sophisticated, clean, and object orientedPython code and experience in ML model deployment
+ Ability to play the technical lead / architect role for a team of data scientists
+ Ability to effectively communicate data science progress to non-technical internal stakeholders and ability to lead a team of data scientists
**Desirable Requirements**
+ Master’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline.
+ Professional experience with LLM/Agentic technologies
**Compensation**
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $192,000 - $248,000.
